This website is run by Drive Way Classic Garage L.L.C ("Drive Way Classic Garage", "we", "us"), 7th Street, Al Qusais Industrial Area 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data you share with us through this website.

What we collect
- Booking form: your name, phone number, car make and model, the service you want, your preferred date and any notes.
- Fleet enquiry form: company name, contact person, email, phone number, fleet size, vehicle types and your message.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you choose to send us, such as messages and photos of your car.
- Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, anonymous information about how the website is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location by country or city). If you reject them, no analytics cookies are set.
We do not ask for payment card details, passport or Emirates ID numbers through this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your booking request or enquiry and arrange the work on your car or fleet.
- To prepare quotes and fleet maintenance proposals.
- To arrange pickup and drop-off of your vehicle.
- To keep service records for the vehicles we work on.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it (only with your consent to analytics cookies).
We use your data because you asked us to contact you or provide a service, or because you gave consent. We do not use it for automated decisions and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you, and only as needed:
- our website hosting provider;
- the service that delivers website form submissions to us;
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us by WhatsApp;
- Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the provider offers for international transfers. We may also share data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and booking requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and service records for as long as we need them to support the work we did and to meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, where we don't need to keep it;
- stop or limit how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time.
Email info@drivewayclassic.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can change your analytics cookie choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Security
The website uses HTTPS, and we limit access to your data to the people who need it to serve you. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
